Chips & Salsa
A platter of warm freshly baked tortilla chips with a bowl of our fresh homemade salsa.

Soft or Hard Shell Tacos
Seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and a shredded cheese blend. Served with salsa and sour cream. Your choice of 3 or 6.

Shredded Chipotle Chicken Tacos
Seasoned shredded chicken sautéed with chipotle and onions. Served on soft or hard taco shell with lettuce and tomatoes on top. Served with a side of sour cream and salsa. Your choice of 3 or 6.

Fish Tacos
Delicious seasoned (not breaded) fried fresh Pollock in a soft or hard shell taco with Pico de Gallo and cilantro on top. Your choice of 3 or 6.

Shrimp Tacos
Sautéed seasoned shrimp in a soft or hard shell taco with Pico de Gallo and cilantro on top. Your choice of 3 or 6.

Chicken or Steak Quesadillas
Your choice of seasoned chicken or seasoned steak grilled in a flour tortilla with a cheese blend and fried green peppers and onions. Served with Mexican rice, a Fiesta salad, salsa and sour cream.

Bordertown Super Nachos
Corn and flour tortillas smothered with your choice of seasoned ground beef or Chicken chipotle, corn, black beans, Pico de Gallo, a cheese blend and scallions. Served with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.

Boomerang Burrito
Your choice of seasoned ground beef or Chicken Chipotle with beans, rice, guacamole, corn, Pico de Gallo, and sour cream stuffed into a flour tortilla.

Enchiladas Suizas
Three warm corn tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken or ground beef smothered with our own fresh salsa verde and our homemade creamy chorizo sauce then topped with a melted cheddar cheese blend and cilantro. Served with Mexican rice.

Fajita, Fajita, Fajitas
Your choice of seasoned chicken, steak, shrimp, or a combination of all three all served with bell peppers, and onions. Served with warm tortillas, Mexican rice and a Fiesta salad.

Shrimp a la Diablo
Your choice of a half-pound (8) shrimp or a full pound (16) shrimp sautéed in our homemade “Mexican Devil” sauce. Served over white rice. This dish is sure to kick up your taste buds as it is full of Mexican season and spice!
